We hired Thomas Family Entertainment to provide the bounce house for our daughter's birthday in December. While scheduling, the owner made me aware of a free outdoor event in my town that they were going to be at earlier that month. It was a cold night, but my daughter and I went. She had a great time, but what impressed me most was the man who was operating the rock wall. I believe his name is Josh. On his break, he was in line at the food truck where he noticed my daughter trying to warm her hands in my jacket. He walked over and gave us a couple sets of hand warmers. He is also the one who delivered and set up the bounce house for our daughter's birthday. Great people. Great communication and pricing. Definitely would hire them again.

I'm a local radio personality who has worked a few events, festivals, etc. over the years where Thomas Family Entrainment was also on-site. Great folks, great company. Kind and courteous, they care about family, community, and the safety of their guests. Highly recommend.

I recently saw that Thomas Family Entertainment was unfairly attacked with reviews because a child could not participate on a ride due to height restrictions. It's unfortunate that this parent took it personally. Safety is a tough business and I commend TFE for taking it seriously. We should explain to our children when this happens the reason why and not set a bad example. As a member of the industry I commend TFE for acting in the best interests of their patrons even though you endured the wrath of a parent that the intent of safety rules are in their child's best interests!!

Locally owned company that can be trusted to bring safe rides for children to local events and provide good clean fun for kids’ parties. I always consider public events in the MOV when I see that they are being utilized for entertainment, because I trust a locally owned, family run business far more than the big out of town amusement companies.
