These guys have best workers. They’ve so friendly and kind with the children. The rides and inflatables are the best that come to town.

We had a very pleasant experience with Family Thomas Entertainment Center. They arrived early per the time I requested for my son’s birthday party and set up the bouncy house very quickly and neatly. All of the party attendees loved jumping in it and had a blast. Upon delivery, they did inform us they may not be able to pick up when the party ended and asked if it’s ok they come the following day. Of course I said yes (who doesn’t love a little extra time to use the bounce house???). From the very beginning when I made the reservation, to the payment, delivery/set up and breakdown, the entire experience with Family Thomas Entertainment Center was a breeze and very pleasant. The delivery worker was polite, the price was comparable to other rentals and the quality was great! In addition, both of my children had day trips with their summer camp to Thomas Family Entertainment facility and came back very happy with their own great reviews of arcade games they played there. Will rent from them again in the future and recommend to others!

This family has been hitting it out of the park for the past several years. They've done everything they can to bring entertainment to this area. They have done whatever they could to keep it affordable and enjoyable.

My family have rented the blow-up water slide from you a couple times now and we were very pleased both times. Always on time, if not sooner. Both times we actually had the water slide for longer than paid for, which the kids were so excited that they got to play longer. Staff was profesional, and very kind both times. Thank you Thomas Family Entertainment for bringing fun to the MOV.
