Positions We Hire For
Event Operations / Installation Technicians
Help deliver, set up, and tear down inflatables, carnival rides, games, and foam party equipment. This role includes loading trucks, securing equipment safely, cleaning and inspecting inventory, and assisting at event sites.
Crew Leaders
Lead event setups, supervise team members, ensure safety standards are met, and represent the company professionally at events. This role includes equipment inspection, training new team members, and maintaining organization at our warehouse and yard.
Seasonal & Part-Time Event Staff
Assist during peak seasons with setup, teardown, cleaning, and preparation work.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual individuals
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy equipment
- Weekend availability (required)
- Professional behavior around families and children
- Valid driver’s license preferred for certain roles
- Ability to work with children
- Clean driving record
Experience in construction, landscaping, logistics, warehouse work, or event production is a plus — but not required. We provide training.
Our Work Environment
Our team works primarily on weekends with preparation and maintenance shifts during the week. Work may include:
- Setting up inflatables and carnival rides
- Assisting with foam parties
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment
- Washing trucks and trailers
- Driving Trucks & Trailers
- Organizing warehouse inventory
This is a physical, fast-paced environment where teamwork and communication are essential.
